For more than 25 years, Speedway International Inc. has been a North American wholesale producer and distributor of windshield washer fluid, automotive and industrial antifreeze, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, methanol and racing gasoline.
Speedway started business in 1995, originally packaging and distributing methanol. Since that time we have grown to providing and packaging methanol, ethylene glycol, windshield washer fluids, plumbing, RV and automotive antifreezes, Diesel Exhaust Fluid and specialty gasolines.
At Speedway, we take environmental stewardship seriously. We continually strive to reduce our carbon footprint and find innovative and environment-friendly alternative compounds for use in our products. At our production facility, we have made extensive use of reclaimed materials in non-production and decorative areas as well as extensive tree-planting on our grounds to offset the carbon footprint of our production activities.
Our plastic bottles use approximately 10g less plastic than other products, eliminating almost 30,000 Kg of plastic waste per year. We reduce cardboard waste by shipping our windshield washer fluid in a 6-per-case configuration, improving upon the standard 4-bottle case.
We are fortunate to have the luxury of hiring only team members that share our views on environmental impacts. As a company and a team, we always strive to makes things better, starting in our own backyard and working progressively outward.
